As with any youth program, we need parent participation to have a successful program. The main need for our summer program is volunteers to help in the concession stand. Families are responsible for only 2 HOURS (1shift) PER PLAYER this year. Yes that's correct, only 1 shift per player in the concession stand! We will be using a new program this year that is part of our website. It is called DIBS and can be found on the home page of our website. You can also follow this link to sign up. https://www.waupunsoftball.com/dib_sessions
There is no buyout option. Eclipse families are NOT exempt. If your child is playing in the rec league you are responsible for the 2 hours per player. If you do not complete your hours there will be a $100 penalty assessed and your child will not be allowed to play again until that is paid!
This comes up every year so I will answer it now. ONLY the head coach and official designated assistant coach receive credit for volunteer hours. We appreciate all the help that other parents provide during games and practices and it is needed but it is impossible for us to keep track of and count those as volunteer hours. Also, make sure you sign in and record your hours when you work them. This is how we verify that you actually showed up and volunteered.
Thank you all in advance for fulfilling your hours. We are a volunteer organization and can not function without the help of our parents. It is only due to our concession stand that we can keep registration fees as low as they are.
THANK YOU EVERYONE AND SEE YOU AT THE DIAMONDS!
The Registration "Home" is not currently available.

The National Exchange Bank Foundation donated funds to fully replace the 6 hitting stations with new mats.
The bank representatives were Mitch Greenfield(AVP) and Jerry O’Connor(Market President). WGSA was represented by President Jason Westphal and board member Josh Navis
WGSA is so thankful for this donation especially knowing every child participating in our organization will be able to enjoy these new mats.
The city also has agreed to assist in the install of these new mats. The cages were originally installed in July of 2015 and has been one of the best additions to the softball complex since the addition of the Dugouts and Press Box.
Welcome to the home of Waupun Girls Softball Association. WGSA is an independent, non-profit organization that is committed to providing the game of fastpitch softball to the youth of Waupun, Wisconsin and surrounding communities. We organize and operate both a recreational summer league where all skill levels are welcomed along with our competitive "Eclipse" tournament teams. Along with developing softball skills to help improve the Waupun Warriors High School Softball Team we strive to provide all girls with a fun experience that fosters self esteem and personal growth team play and individual achievement.
