Sunday of Softball Fun
Sunday May 18th the WGSA and Eclipse were excited to start their seasons. The Fields hosted 12 teams 4 from each age division.
It was a good day of softball and the weather was perfect as well. Thank you and good luck to all the teams. We hope to see you next year!
Important Field Use Info
Attention League Coaches... The Waupun Girls Varsity and JV have the fields until 5:45. on non game days. This is how teams sign up for the fields. No team gets the diamonds any earlier unless the Varsity and or JV are finished with their practice. And if they run over please start your practices with throwing warmups beyound the fences. They will never go beyond 6pm. And are getting ready for some big conference games that we are all hoping leads to a deep playoff run.
Thank you for your understanding.

Sectional Semi Final Win
Regional Champs!!! Again!!!
Waupun Softball beat Plymouth in the Regional Championship game Thursday by the score of 4-1. Killam through a one hitter and 15 strikeouts. Step three.. Check.
With Grafton beating Mayville 5-4 it brings a Waupun Grafton matchup in the first round of sectionals in Mayville on Tuesday June 3rd 5pm.
Step 2 Off with a Bang!
Three different Warriors hit four Home Runs for the Warriors. Winning, Peterson and Killam. But Killams second was not only the game winner it was a Grand Slam. Behind some great D the Warriors held Chilton to 1 unerned run. Up next for the Warriors is Either Campbellsport or Plymouth. They play Wednesday because of pour field condiions after the heavy rains on both fields.
Playoffs Begin with a Win
The ladies warriors began the new season of playoff ball the right way, beating Kiel 9-0. the bat were active as well and the Warrior D. Step one complete.
Chilton is up next for the team on Tuesday May 27 at Jerry Medema Fields, 5pm first pitch.
With the rain two days earlier it brought the game to a sun drenched diamond in New Holstein. With no rain in site all that was going on was runners scoring for Waupun. In the end the Warriors win the EWC title out right by beating NH 9-2. This is the third straight title for the Waupun Warriors Ladies and 6 out of the 7 years in the conference.
